Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you (the customer) and Wrenqo when you use the Wrenqo app and website at wrenqo.com. By creating an account or using Wrenqo, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@wrenqo.com.

1. What Wrenqo is

Wrenqo is software for small trade businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and similar field services). It helps you schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, manage customers, track equipment, and send invoices.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by your team members.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract for your business.

3. Price and billing

• Wrenqo costs $39 per month, flat. There are no per-technician charges, no setup fee, and no add-ons.
• New customers get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
• Price-lock promise: your price will never rise without notice. If we ever change pricing, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
• Payment is charged monthly after your trial ends, until you cancel.

4. Cancelling

There is no contract. You can cancel anytime in 1 click from inside the app. Your access continues until the end of the paid month. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

5. Your data

• Your business data (customers, jobs, invoices) belongs to you.
• You can export it at any time as CSV, including after you cancel.
• We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fair use

Don't use Wrenqo to break the law, send spam, harm others, or try to break into the service. We may suspend an account that does — and we'll tell you why, except where the law prevents it.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Wrenqo running, but software can have downtime and bugs. We may improve or change features over time. If a change removes something important to you, you can cancel and export your data — your remedy is never a lock-in.

8. Liability

Wrenqo is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms removes liability that the law does not allow us to remove.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you and post the new version here before it takes effect. Continuing to use Wrenqo after a change means you accept it.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Wrenqo collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what we need to run the service, and we do not sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your name, business name, email address, and login information.
• Your business data — customers, jobs, schedules, invoices, equipment records, photos, and voice notes that you and your team put into Wrenqo.
• Location data — GPS location of technicians' devices while they use the app's tracking features, so dispatch and job records work.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic technical data — device type, app version, and logs we need to keep the service secure and fix problems.

2. Why we use it

• To run Wrenqo: scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, syncing with QuickBooks, and offline sync.
• To take payment and manage your plan.
• To support you when you email us, and to send important notices (like price or terms changes).
• To keep the service safe and working.

3. What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information or your business data.
• We do not use your customer list to market Wrenqo to your customers.
• We do not read your job photos or voice notes except to provide the service or fix a problem you report.

4. Who else sees data

Only the service providers we need to operate — for example hosting, payment processing, and (if you turn it on) QuickBooks — and only with the data they need to do their job. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Your choices

• Export everything — customers, jobs, invoices — as CSV in one click, anytime.
• Turn GPS features off in the app; some dispatch features may then be limited.
• Ask us to delete your account and data by emailing hello@wrenqo.com. We will confirm when it's done.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfect, but we treat your business data like our own.

Refund Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026 · The short version: 30-day money-back guarantee, no games.

Our guarantee

If Wrenqo is not right for your shop, email us within 30 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No forms, no phone call, no exit interview.

How to get a refund

• Email hello@wrenqo.com from the email on your account.
• Tell us you want a refund under the 30-day guarantee. That's all we need.
• We process refunds back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Free trial

The 14-day free trial needs no credit card, so there is nothing to refund during the trial. You only pay when you choose to continue after day 14.

After 30 days

Payments older than 30 days are not refundable — but there is no contract, so you can cancel in 1 click anytime and you will not be charged again. Access runs to the end of the month you already paid for.

Price mistakes

If we ever charge you the wrong amount, tell us at hello@wrenqo.com and we will fix it and refund any overcharge, no matter when it happened.

Your data after a refund

A refund never traps your data. Export your customers, jobs, and invoices as CSV before cancelling, or email us and we'll help you get your export.
